As we mentioned in the first article, tools like Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Monday or Basecamp offer features such as task assignment, progress tracking, and deadline management. 3. Foster Open Communication: Encourage open and transparent communication within the team. Create a safe space for team members to share ideas, concerns, and feedback. Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and achievements to keep everyone informed and engaged.
